****Very Important*** Registration is online only. Please do not create a duplicate account. If you have been to our studio before, you already have an account that we set up for you. Simply request “Lost Password” and it will allow you to set up a password under the email you gave to us at that time. Duplicate accounts will cause us to not see your registration. New to us? Create and account and register for class.

****If class is full*** the booking button for that class will indicate that it is full. Feel free to find another class that has availability. Note: This is an self-booking event. We will not be able to field phone calls or emails during this time.   Drop-ins (those that aren’t pre-registered) will be at $5 per class if space allows. 

  • Due to the popularity of these classes, they tend to fill up quickly and are assigned a $2 good faith fee. Once purchased, make sure you book your class(es) after your purchase! $1 Registration ends a few hours before each class. No refunds for special events. Ages 14 and up. 
  • PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES EARLY – We cannot start the class until you come and complete a special intake form for the class. We normally do not mind late arrivals for our classes, however for this event, late arrivals will have to wait for the next class. Thank you for understanding.
  • DURING –  There will be many, many assists! Enjoy them! We also will may be taking a small amount of pictures of the event for our website. (we use a regular camera – not a phone – and do not place on any social media -just website. This is a no cell phone space, we thank you for respecting this)
  • AFTERWARDS– we ask you  to complete a feedback form and you are welcome to have a bite to eat and enjoy our waterfall garden (if weather permits).

Please Note: This is still a training weekend and as well as the event going on – we are unable to answer any phone calls/emails.

I invite you to join me in an eclectic and inclusive practice that offers a well-balanced synthesis of invigorating yet calming elements. Mindful exploration of postures and pranayama (breath work) techniques, amidst a combination of fluid movement and deeper, prolonged holds. This class is curated for all souls, offering a variety of postures to encourage participation for everyone!

Join me as we journey through a mindless meditation. I will guide you using gentle pranayama and body stillness.
No experience needed, just an open mind to allow yourself and the universe to connect. This meditation class is open to all.

Sun Salutations are a wonderful way to wake up the body. Discover the meditative aspects of these poses while exploring them at a slow and reflective pace. We’ll focus on the breath and allow it to guide the rhythm of our practice.

Practice self care, self love and take some time for you. Allow the body and mind to feel renewed, improve mind/body connection for healing and increase energy flow. Connect to your breath and body and let go of your stress energy, worries and burdens. A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses with a focus on action, alignment and breath. This practice features a nice tempo to find what feels good and listen to the body and is a good practice for those new to yoga – also great for fast paced yogis who want to keep a healthy and well balanced yoga practice.
