****Very Important*** Please do not create a duplicate account. If you have been to our studio before, you already have an account that we set up for you. Simply request “Lost Password” and it will allow you to set up a password under the email you gave to us at that time. Duplicate accounts will cause us to not see your registration. ****If class is full*** the booking button for that class will indicate that it is full. Feel free to find another class that has availability. Note: This is an self-booking event. We will not be able to field phone calls or emails during this time.   Drop-ins (those that aren’t pre-registered) $5 (discounted from $14).

  • Due to the popularity of these classes, they tend to fill up quickly and are assigned a $1 good faith fee. At check-out you can purchase $1 per class or $9 for all classes. Be sure to book your classes after your purchase! $1 Registration ends 24 hours before each class. No refunds for special events. Ages 14 and up. 
  • PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES EARLY – We cannot start the class until you come and complete a special intake form for the class. We normally do not mind late arrivals for our classes, however for this event, late arrivals will have to wait for the next class. Thank you for understanding.
  • DURING –  There will be many, many assists! Enjoy them! We also will be taking a small amount of pictures of the event for our website.
  • AFTERWARDS– we ask you  to complete a feedback form and you are welcome to have a bite to eat and enjoy our waterfall garden (if weather permits).

Please Note: This is still a training weekend and as well as the event going on – we are unable to answer any phone calls/emails.

 Why Reserve Your Class?

  • So we can have enough to eat for everyone!
  • So our teachers can prepare for the group size!
  • Some give gift give-a-ways and/or handouts.
  • So we have enough props etc..
  • We will limit ALL classes (22-30 students, depending on class).

What are “Class Postural Levels” ? 

  • Open to All/No Experience needed: Just as it indicates. Beginners and Experienced can attend.  Extra instructions will be provided.
  • Experienced Needed: Students must possess experience in yogic breath as well as principles of alignment and bandha use.
  • Hot Yoga (YogaMelt): Fluent in  Pranayama and Principles of Alignment. No exceptions. (Sorry, so expecting Moms for our YogaMelt class)
  • Each class will have several assistants practicing their prop usage and body assists! Enjoy!
  • All classes ages 14 and up!

I hope to give you the gift of a beautiful night of movement and being in the moment to both energize and relax you after a long week. My heart seeks to provide a class that will meet everyone’s needs. Light stretching will be followed by standing postures that will give you the opportunity to further lengthen your muscles and strengthen your body. Being a” Pot Luck class” if the moment calls to us we will flow in movement. Many hands will be available for suggestions and assists.

Reconnect to yourSelf.  The breath, or prana, is our life force. Our breath is the one and only constant in our lives, and it connects us to all other living beings. In the practice of pranayama (breath control), we learn to reconnect to all that is around us, and within us. Deepen your own yoga practice by learning about the benefits of several yogic breaths, and practicing pranayama to experience the beauty and wisdom of breath!

Hip Releasing Flow. Come enjoy a “hip”notic flow through a series of postures with a focus on the hips. A little hip wisdom will be shared as we journey through a sequence of standing and balancing postures culminating in a final posture. Move. Focus inward. See what’s there.

 Join me for an hour of peace in yourself that will carry on to peace in the world. Ahimsa teaches us nonviolence and gentle living to all others. Being compassionate with others helps cultivate compassion within our lives. With a warmer temperature class setting, our body finds more flexibility due to the easier flow of circulation to the limbs. We will find what we need in our Self while being gentle with who we are.

“GROUNDED YOGA”

January 28th, 11:00-12:00pm

Staying close to the ground, we will release stored physical and mental tension in this class through poses that will ease tightness in the lower back, hips, pelvis, and shoulders. Rather than targeting muscle tension, there will be an emphasis on the deepest tissues of the body, such as connective tissues and fascia. Expect to be holding poses for longer durations. Through this deep surrender you will access the natural flow of internal energy. This class allows you to create as much challenge as you desire.

 A mixed-level yoga class, intended to alleviate the ‘winter blues’ through a series of juicy heart-openers and hamstring-lengthening stretches. Reconnect to the self through a soulful blend of deep, fluid poses.
