Food! Our means of sustenance. Maybe You’ve thought of eating healthier. Maybe You’ve been trying out a vegetarian or wholly plant-based diet. Maybe You’re wondering how to make the transition, what costs and foods are involved. Maybe You’re wondering what yoga has to say about nutrition.
Join us for a discussion on food and how it impacts Your body and mind! If You have any tips or delicious plant-based recipes, feel free to share them. A light lunch (and desert) will be provided. Weather permitting, we’ll have a picnic in the shade of our Peace and Waterfall Garden.
