Please pre-register Why pre-register?

1. So we can have enough eats for everyone!
2. Well, so our teachers can prepare their self for the group size! Some gave out gifts last year,  some gave out handouts, some ordered extra props etc.
3. Some teachers – due to the nature of the class – have set a limit to how many can attend.
4. We will limit ALL classes to 30 people. Last year we have over 30 in some classes
5. What I I just drop in? You will PROBABLY be fine for most the classes Saturday and Sunday.
How to Register on Website  (SMART PHONE app HERE)
Simply go to our calendar and hit “Join Us” for the class of interest! Log in! If you prefer – email us and list the class you are coming to and we can log in for you. We will need your Name and address to do so. You may also sign  up at either studio. If you need to cancel – please be kind and remove your registration BEFORE Jan 22 for any class you are not coming to so that we can make room for someone should their be a waiting list.

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY - We cannot start the class until you come and complete a special intake form for the class.


Afterwards – we ask you come down to the lower level studio – have a bite to eat and complete a Feedback Response form!


Join us in our teacher training debut celebration!  Free classes will be offered by our student teachers completing their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training requirements.

Below are our teachers and the classes they will offer.  You are more than welcome to take a class or two or as many as you would like to attend!

Soft and gentle postures will assist individuals to quiet the nervous system and achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Colleen will guide you through supported and gentle poses using bolsters and blankets. Guided meditation, breathing techniques, aromatherapy and healing music will be integrated into the class to take you into a state of deep relaxation. Join her for an exceptional and deeply moving experience.

The issues are in your tissues! By keeping your muscles soft, you release deep layers of connective tissue, creating more ease in any style of yoga and in seated meditation.On an energetic level, Yin enhances the flow of prana (life force) in the tissues around the joints, where energy often stagnates.
