PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY - We cannot start the class until you come and complete a special intake form for the class.

Afterwards – we ask you come down to the lower level studio – have a bite to eat and complete a Feedback Response form!

Join us in our teacher training debut celebration!  Free classes will be offered by our student teachers completing their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training requirements.

Demands on the mind are many and constant. End your week and begin your weekend with clarity! Lose your mind in this guided meditation class.

“Sweet Surrender” w/ Carol

A Yin-Inspired Yoga class!

Slow, simple poses held passively on your mat. Stimulate the kidney meridians of the subtle body and increase the flow of prana (life force) in the tissues and joints. I will guide you to come to the appropriate edge, fall into stillness, and release with care!

Come join us for a mixed level class which will explore various breath work practices, asana movements and deep relaxation.  Sample an array of practices which aim to enhance the mind-body- breath- Divine connection! Something for everyone!

Discover new depths of the breath and the magic it can provide. Soft gentle movement will help us prepare for some seated breathwork and meditation. Welcome the spring with the cleansing tool we call BREATH!
